In 2001, she knew she’d found her calling while volunteering for two members of her church who had opened a brokerage. She’s been changing lives through real estate ever since.
Originally from Washington D.C., Valencia moved to the Bay Area in 1989. In the prevailing years, she’s lived all over Northern California—getting to know the various cities and neighborhoods along with their diverse offerings. A resident of Sacramento since 2012, she is a deep expert in every aspect of the business and region and has led countless clients to success.
Valencia believes her credibility is established by what past and present clients say, and the consensus is that she provides an incredible real estate experience. Personable yet professional, she has the negotiating skills and acumen to close deals quickly at the best prices. She’s an adept listener who understands her clients’ needs, takes the time to explain every detail, and then helps them get whatever they want.
However, what ultimately drives Valencia both personally and professionally is her passion for serving others. She volunteers with the Sacramento Association of Realtors and is Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Realtist Association. She’s active in her church and feels blessed to have such a large, loving family—including her husband of 19 years, one son and grandson, three godchildren, and quite a few “bonus” children and grandchildren. She enjoys music, nature, traveling, and spending quality time with family, friends, colleagues, and clients.
