BIOGRAPHY

Born and raised in Sacramento, JP Garrucho brings a cross-cultural perspective to the industry with an upbeat outlook and a positive approach. Having spent nearly two decades working and living in Los Angeles and Brooklyn, JP has had the opportunity to understand, experience, and relate to a range of people with diverse backgrounds.

With a professional and educational history that includes computer engineering, fashion design, and graphic design, JP’s unique skill set is an asset to clients looking for someone with relevant, out-of-the-box thinking. Having spent 15 years working as a designer on both coasts, JP has cultivated his knack for collaboration and creativity against a backdrop of cultural variations. Consistently interfacing with people from all over the world, he has learned to value clear communication and the views of others. JP now utilizes the skills he gleaned as a creative in a real estate career equally centered on collaborative goals.

A firm believer in listening first, JP offers a unique approach to buying and selling homes, both aesthetically and interpersonally. He understands that success in the current market often requires alternative methods and unconventional strategies, and works creatively with his clients to attain their objectives. He knows that nothing is as liberating as owning a home, and that home looks different for every person.

JP loves his real estate career because of its emphasis on individuality and freedom, and he values your individuality and freedom, too. JP knows you’ve got choices, and he’s excited to help you discover them, narrow them, and confidently step into the space that best defines you.

When not helping clients, JP pursues his other passions. He’s always learning something new, adding to his comic book collection, tinkering (especially with his 3D printer), and creating art in all its forms. He also enjoys reading, skateboarding, and snowboarding.
